Meet Jocelyn!

Jocelyn Russell is a native of Colorado, growing up in the San Luis Valley. She has been a professional artist since 1992 and has sculpted over 40 monuments of North American and African wildlife including the racehorse Secretariat which was installed in Lexington, Kentucky in 2019.

And meet the GFWC Colorado Woman’s Citizenship Club!
